Shipping policy


Processing Time Orders are typically processed within [10-35 buissness] days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods Here are shipping options to meet your needs:

  1. Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-8] business days.
  2. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3-4] business days.
  3. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within [1-2] business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs delays).

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping method you select. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow [3-4 days] for the tracking information to be updated.

Customs and Duties For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-Orders are different from Pre-sales, Pre Orders take 4-6 weeks to receive. Between us collecting the pre-orders, then sending those orders to manufacturers, waiting and then receiving orders from manufacturers after they finish production, to then collecting and then shipping orders to customers. This process takes time.       But be patient your order is on the way! 

Please be very clear on if you are ordering in a Pre-Order or a Pre-Sale.

Shipping Errors

Please be sure to correctly enter address for orders, because if an order was placed with incorrect address customer will be held liable for return shipping fees. To avoid this double, and triple check home address and billing information.

If there is an error on our end, and system shows it, we will take full responsibility and take care of the situation for free with no charge.
